Characteristics :
Hard facing electrode for metal-to-metal wear application.
Hard facing parts subject to metal-to-metal wear and intense abrasion up to 500°C with moderate shock likely to be absorbed elastically. Weld deposit is hard & wear resistant.

Conveyor screws, mixer blades & scrapers, Coal pulverizes, Hoppers, Sand pumps, Bucket edges, Cement die-rings, ploughshares

Hardness Of The Weld Deposit : 55?62HRC
Impact Resistance : Good
Abrasion Resistance : Excellent
