Mr. Ramkishan Agarwal – Chairman aged 66, is a commerce graduate. He commenced the business as dealer / distributor of welding electrodes and welding industry related business in 1960 and got established as the largest dealer / distributor of welding electrodes and welding industry related products in Eastern India. He was elected as the President of All India Welding Dealers Association in 1991-93. His leadership and direction has been instrumental in the overall growth of GEE’s business and thus earn a place of pride in the welding industry.

Mr. Shankarlal Agarwal – Managing Director aged 44, is a commerce graduate from the Calcutta University. He joined the Company in 1996 as a Director. He is a visionary and has played a key role in expanding the business. With his innovative ideas and experience, Mr. S.L. Agarwal has been able to launch the company on a dynamic growth path. He strategically plans the future prospects of the Company. He has represented the company in various National and International Trade Fairs held in Germany, China, Korea & other countries.

Mr. Sanwarmul Agarwal – Executive Director aged 36, is a commerce graduate from Calcutta University. He joined the Board of the Company in 1997 and at present he is an Executive Director of the Company. He is leading a dedicated team of professionals looking after production and finance. He looks after the overall day-to-day affairs of the company.

Mr. M. P. Dhanuka - Executive Director (Marketing) aged 67, is M.Sc. in chemistry from Bombay University and a Metallurgist having experience of more than 35 years in reputed MNC of welding industries. He has trained at Oerlikon Welding Ltd in Switzerland. He heads the technical department of the Company. He was recipient of the I.T. Mirchandani award for best Technical Research paper presented during 1993, IIW seminar at Chennai.

He was invited for delivering prestigious Keith Heartley memorial lecture at National Welding seminar held at Jamshedpur in the year 1994. Mr. Dhanuka was awarded with K.C.P award for the best Tech. Paper presented at International Welding conference, held at New Delhi in 1999.

He was also the chairman of Mumbai Branch of IIW for 6 years & Vice President of Central Council of IIW for 4 years. Having 35 years of rich experience, Mr. Dhanuka joined GEE Limited, Thane, in the year 2002, as Executive Director (Marketing). He is looking after the entire operation of Manufacturing & Marketing of GEE Limited.

Mr. Om Prakash Agarwal - Director aged 34, is a commerce graduate from Calcutta University. He joined the family business in dealing and distribution of welding Electrodes and other products. Mr. O.P. Agarwal has extremely good public relations quality, which has helped to build a good and sound customer base in Kolkata. He has joined the board of the Company as a Director on 6th October 2007.

Mr. Umesh Agarwal – Wholetime Director is a Bachelor of Science from Calcutta University and FMB from S.P. Jain Institute of Management at Mumbai. He joined the Company as General Manager, QA/R&D on 01st February 2006. Mr. U. Agarwal brings in dynamism and innovation to the company to improve its systems and procedures thereby giving a fillip to production and productivity. He is striving hard to achieve the corporate objectives in their entirety.

Mr. Avinash Saraf - Additional Director holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics and Management from Cornell University, College of Engineering, and Ithaca, New York, USA. He was a Teaching Assistant from August 2005 to May 2006 in The School of Applied & Engineering Physics, Cornell University, New York, USA and was also working as an IT Consultant from August 2006 to February 2007 in Mindspring Inc, New Jersey, USA. He joined GEE Limited, Kolkata as Executive from March 2007.

Mr. Ashok Kumar - Director aged 54, is B.E. Mechanical from Roorkee University and has also done PGDBM from Xavier Institute. He has work experience of more than 34 years in various industries. He has travelled widely: to USA, Europe, South East Asia, Far East and Middle East for important assignments. He has completed an overseas assignment as a Project Manager for a large cement plant in Indonesia. His work experience comprises of spectrum of Project Planning & Execution in various industries such as cement, steel, glass, tyre, ceramic, power and variety of chemical plants in India and abroad. Mr. Kumar has worked with leading Companies such as Modi Cement Ltd., Modi Rubber Ltd., Gujarat Guardian Ltd., Holtec Consulting Engineers, Heavy Engineering Corporation – Ranchi in various capacities. At present, he is Chief Executive (Projects & Developments) in Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd.

Mr. Sujit Sen – Director aged 55, son of late Satindra Chandra Sen, is a Chartered Accountant by profession having 29 years of experience in this field. He is in practice since 1977 and has been associated with various reputed corporates like Hindustan Lever, INDAL, SAIL, Pepsi Cola India, HUTCH, Citi Bank, HSBC Bank, Deutsche Bank etc.

Mr. K.M. Panthaki - Director is an electrical and mechanical engineer having more than 40 years experience in manufacturing process equipments in various exotic materials of construction for high tech process. He is welding consultant in Stainless steel and Aluminium and has also presented technical papers on welding of Stainless Steel and Aluminium in various seminars. He had also been to Japan on an invitation from the Japan Welding Society to visit various industries in Japan and to study advanced welding technology. He is at present the President of the Indian Institute of Welding besides that he is also a member of American Welding Society (AWS), Life Fellow of the Indian Institute of Welding, Member of Indian Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ISNT). Mr. Panthaki is also the Executive Committee Member of Chamber of Small Industries Association (COSIA), Executive Committee Member of Thane Small Scale Industries Association (TSSIA) and he is also Ex-Deputy Chairman and currently Director on Board of PPMAI (Process Plant Machinery and Association of India). He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Bakshi Chempharma Equipments Pvt. Ltd., Thane.
