DESCRIPTION
Flux coated tubular hardfacing electrode depositing weld metal which is extremely resistance to dry and wet abrasion. Deposited weld metal is resistance to severe fine abrasion under moderate impact. The flux coating is non hygroscopic hence it has long shelf life. The weld metal withstands temperature of 800°C and has temperature resistance properties.

ALLOY BASE : C, Cr, B.

TYPICAL APPLICATION :
Sinter breakers, sinter fans, surfacing of screws of the paper mills, surfacing of mining equipments, cement a clay industries, etc.

MICROSTRUCTURE :
Chromium and Boron Carbide in martensitic matrix.
HARDNESS 2 LAYERS : 64 to 70 HRC.
