DESCRIPTION
Deposited weld metal has excellent abrasion resistance on carbon steel, low alloy, 12-14% manganese and other steels. Weld deposit has dispersed tungsten carbide in hard and tough austenitic matrix.

•    Coal crushing plates.
•    ID Fans, FD Fans, Muller blades.
•    PA Fans.
•    Oil Drill Collars, Pan Scrapers.
HARDNESS OF WELD METAL : 64 to 68 HRC

ALLOY BASE : WC, Cr
CURRENT CONDITION : DC (+) / AC (70 OCV)
Surfacing relief cracks in the weld metal are normal and these cracks do not interfere with performance.
